Mother Neff State Park, TX

September 14, 2026 - The park is under a burn ban. No open, ash-producing fires are allowed, including wood or charcoal. Campers in reserved campsites may cook with containerized fuel stoves.

September 8, 2026 - The following areas are closed:
* The gate at the south end of the park
* Rock Tabernacle and Breezeway Pavilions

Groups are also required to pay daily entry fees for participants 13 and older. Wedding Parties must contact the park one week prior to the arrival date for information regarding decorations. Please be advised and plan accordingly.

Checkin Time: 2:00pm for campsites; CCC Cabin 3:00pm; Group Day Use Facilities 8:30am;
Checkout Time: 12:00pm for campsites; Cabin/Barracks 11:00am; Group Day Use Facilities 4:00pm

If arriving after the office closes at 4:30pm, a self-pay station is available for after-hours registration. The self pay station is located at the park headquarters by the bulletin board, near the day use entrance. .
