Alerts and Important Information

May 28, 2026 - All trails are open to foot traffic only. All trails remain closed to horses and bikes.

Trails may close due to wet weather or poor conditions. Please contact the park prior to arrival for current information.

February 23, 2026 - The park is still completing final touches around the park. You may see some construction activity during your stay. Observe all warning signs for safety.

If your plans change, please modify or cancel your reservation as soon as possible to allow someone else to enjoy the park.

DAY USE FEE:
$7 per day, per person 13 and older

OFFICE AND GATE INFORMATION:
Gate opens at 6 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m.; Office hours 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Day users arriving outside of office hours must use self-pay station; Campers arriving outside of office hours must register at HQ by 9:00 a.m. the next morning.

Any person bringing horses into the park will be required to show a proof of negative Coggins test within the last 12 months.

It is recommended that campers utilizing the primitive, hike-in site arrive at least 2 hours before dark.
