$5 per day, per person 13 and older.
OFFICE AND GATE INFORMATION:
The State Natural Area is open from 8am Friday to 5pm Monday. The gate is locked from 5pm Monday to 8am Friday. An orientation received at HQ is required to access the SNA.
The State Natural Area is accessed by county and private roads, Miers Ranch Rd. and Private Rd 1500 (a rough gravel surface 10 miles from Highway 277). Recommended tires should be of 8 ply rating minimum to prevent flats and blowouts. The nearest full-service station is 25 miles away in Del Rio.

Getting There:
From Del Rio:
Take Hwy 277 North 22 miles to left on Miers Ranch Rd. Veer Left after 3 Miles onto Private Road 1500. Stay on PR1500 for 6.5 Miles to SNA Headquarters. Please be respectful of speed limits on these rough dusty roads.
From San Antonio:
Take I-10 West to Sonora. Take Hwy 277 South for 63 miles. Turn right on Miers Ranch Rd. Veer Left after 3 Miles onto Private Road 1500. Stay on PR1500 for 6.5 Miles to SNA Headquarters. Please be respectful of speed limits on these rough dusty roads.
