Prescribed burns are planned during this timeframe (January-April), depending on weather and other factors. Prescribed fire operations and associated smoke may impact your visit. Some camping areas, lodging facilities, trails, and day-use areas may be closed for public safety. Contact the park to learn how this may affect your stay.
October 6, 2022 - This county is under a quarantine to prevent the spread of the emerald ash borer to other areas of the state. This means movement of firewood is restricted.
Please buy firewood where you burn it to prevent the spread of diseases and pests.
If your plans change, please modify or cancel your reservation as soon as possible to allow someone else to enjoy the park.

$4 per day, per person 13 and older.

Office hours: 8:15am to 4:45pm daily.
Park Gate open from 6am to 10pm. If you will be arriving after 10pm, you will need to call the park before 5pm to obtain the gate code.

At close of business late arrivals reservation list is posted on the drive through window of the main headquarters. A Self-Pay Station is also located at the main headquarters for anyone that wishes to utilize the self-pay option. Instructions along with a fee schedule are posted above the Self-Pay Station itself.
Any camper staying in a campsite in any loop should call the office prior to 5pm to receive instructions regarding the gate code. The main gates close at 10pm and re-open at 6am. Anyone other than overnight customers are to exit the Park at 10pm. All customers arriving after hours must register at the Park Headquarters by 9am the next morning.
FOR CABIN/LODGE:
If arriving late with a reservation, there are key boxes below the map board outside of headquarters. The combination to the lock will be the last 4 digits of the phone number on the account for the reservation. In this box, there will be the key to their facility and gate code. Anyone other than overnight customers are to exit the Park at 10pm. All customers arriving after hours must register at the Park Headquarters by 9am the next morning.
