May 30 through June 2, 2024 the park is hosting the '24 Hours in the Canyon' event. All of Park Road 5 from the Old West Stables to Mesquite campground, as well as all of Alternative Park Road 5 will be closed from 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, until 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2024. If you do not check in at the park by noon of the day after your scheduled arrival date, we will cancel the rest of your reservation. Your entrance fees will be refunded, but all other fees will be forfeited.
If you think you will arrive after the noon cutoff, call the park or the Customer Service Center to avoid cancellation.
